Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Item Condition

All returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
  
• In original condition with all tags attached
  
• Free from odor, stains, pet hair, or visible signs of wear

The Represent Store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards. If a return is denied, the item will be sent back to you at no charge.

Refund & Exchange Options

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following:

• Full Refund — issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  
• Exchange — swap for a different size or item (subject to availability)

Sale Items

All items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This includes items purchased during promotional events, flash sales, or with discount codes applied at checkout.

How to Start a Return

Returns can be requested directly through your account. Here's how:

• Log in to your account at therepresentstore.com.
  
• Go to your Order History and select the order you'd like to return
  
• Click "Request Return" and select the item(s) and reason for your return
  
• Submit your request — you'll receive a confirmation and next steps by email

Note: All customers will be charged $5.00 for any shipping fees incurred by the return.
