Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Undamaged

• In its original condition

To start a return, please contact us at therepresentstore@transformchurch.us within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned outside of the return window will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale unless otherwise stated.
