Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship only within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Represent Store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at therepresentstore@transformchurch.us — we may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
