Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In its original condition
To start a return, please contact us at therepresentstore@transformchurch.us within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned outside of the return window will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping
All production and fulfillment for our products is handled by an outside vendor. Processing and shipping timelines may vary depending on the item and current production volume.
If you place an order with multiple items, those items may be produced at different times or at different locations. Because of this, your order may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available, but delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the carrier.
